Agreement
These terms cover the public website at https://www.barberandco.us, run by Barber & Co Miami, LLC. Using the site means you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
The shop and this site
Haircuts, shaves, and other grooming services are provided in our Miami and Pinecrest shops. This website describes those services. It is not a medical, barbering-license, or employment offer by itself.
Appointments
Bookings are made through Squire. Squire’s terms apply to that checkout. Arrive on time, and contact the shop if you need to change or cancel.
Prices
Prices on the site are starting prices and can change. The price confirmed at booking or in the chair is the one that applies.
Website assistant
The chat is an AI assistant. It can be wrong about prices, hours, or availability. It does not create a booking, a contract, or professional advice. Confirm anything important with the shop or through Squire.
No medical advice
Nothing on this site is medical, dermatological, or scalp-treatment advice. Talk to a licensed clinician about health questions.
Site content
Photos, marks, and copy on this site belong to Barber & Co or our licensors. Do not copy them for your own shop or ads without written permission.
Third-party services
Booking, maps, email delivery, hosting, and the assistant run in part on other companies’ systems. Their terms apply when you use those tools. We are not responsible for outages or errors on those systems.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the chat or forms: no scraping, flooding, malware, or messages meant to harass staff or other guests. We may block access that looks abusive.
Responsibility
The website is offered as-is. We stand behind the grooming services we sell in the shop. We are not liable for AI answers that are wrong, for a booking tool that is down, or for information on sites we link to. Nothing here limits a right you have that Florida law does not allow us to limit.
Florida law
Florida law governs these terms. Courts in Miami-Dade County, Florida are the venue for disputes that belong in court, unless a law that cannot be waived says otherwise.
