The livestream, hosted by MrBeast with appearances from xQc and Adin Ross, brought together thousands of creators and millions of viewers across the globe. Over the course of 17 hours, the event raised more than $12 million, setting a new Guinness World Record for the most money raised for charity during a livestream.
Nicole’s $20,000 haircut became one of the defining highlights of the broadcast, symbolizing the creativity and community spirit that powered the campaign.
Team Water is committed to tackling the global water crisis. Today, 1 in 10 people lack access to safe drinking water, with women and children disproportionately affected as they spend hours each day collecting water.
The Team Water campaign aims to change that by mobilizing creators, donors, and communities worldwide.
The campaign is not only providing clean water but also supporting better health, education, and opportunity for generations.
“We are honored to have contributed to such a meaningful cause,” said Nicole Nuñez, founder of Barber & Co Miami. “Breaking a record for the world’s most expensive haircut is exciting, but the true impact lies in the millions of people who will gain access to clean water. Barber & Co Miami is proud to stand alongside the incredible team at Team Water, MrBeast, and every donor who made this possible.”
Barber & Co Miami believes barbering represents more than a service. It is culture, community, and connection. The opportunity to take part in Team Water reaffirmed the power of the craft to contribute to something larger than style alone.
Barber & Co Miami will continue to support initiatives that create real and lasting change.
